Instructions
- Finely shred the green cabbage and grate the carrots.
- Core and chop the apples into thin matchsticks or small cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, add dried cranberries and finely chopped red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetable mix and toss until everything is well coated.
- Let the coleslaw sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
