Instructions
- Brew a cup of chamomile tea and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas into smaller chunks.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth.
- Adjust consistency by adding more almond milk or ice as desired.
