Instructions
- Prepare the Mashed Potatoes: Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Mash until smooth with butter and cream.
- Mix in the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well blended.
- Form the Bites: Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture and form into small balls or patties.
- Coat with Bread Crumbs: Roll each potato ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
