- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved if large
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim the stems of the Brussels sprouts and remove any discolored leaves.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle parmesan and breadcrumbs over the sprouts and toss gently to combine.
- Arrange sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the roasted sprouts before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs or almond flour.
