- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1/3 cup Cornstarch
- Green Onions (for garnish)
- Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare a cornstarch coating in a shallow dish.
- Remove marinated chicken and dredge in cornstarch for an even coating.
- Cook coated chicken in a hot sauté pan with oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Glaze with leftover marinade, boil, and reduce for 2-3 minutes before drizzling over chicken.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a juicier option, you can substitute chicken thighs for the breasts.
