Ingredients

- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 Lime, sliced
- 1 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), prepared
- 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
- 10 Mint leaves
- 10 Basil leaves
- 4 cups Sparkling Water
- Honey or Agave Syrup, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice the lemons, limes, and cucumber into thin rounds. Hull and slice strawberries.
- In a large pitcher, add the sliced fruits and berries. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to gently mash the fruits.
- Tear the mint and basil leaves to release their oils, then add them to the mixture. Stir gently.
- If using, drizzle honey or agave syrup over the fruit mixture and adjust to taste.
- Add sparkling water to the pitcher, filling to your desired level, and stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice if desired and pour the drink over. Garnish with a slice of fruit or sprig of herb.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, let the mixture sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
