- 1 lb fresh carrots
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the carrots, cutting them into uniform sizes for even cooking.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir in honey and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Toss the prepared carrots with the honey garlic butter mixture, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove from the oven, optionally garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with olive oil or coconut oil.
