Description
A refreshing and nutritious frozen treat that combines Greek yogurt with key lime juice and crunchy graham cracker crumbs, perfect for summer snacks or post-workout fuel.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 2 key limes
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Sliced almonds or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
- Gently fold in the zest from the key limes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and optional nuts over the top.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Remove from freezer, cut into squares or rectangles, and enjoy.
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and agave syrup. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
