Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather, chop, and mince all your ingredients.
  2. Sear the Beef: Heat sesame oil and sear the beef chuck roast until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Create the Sauce: Remove beef, sauté garlic and ginger, then deglaze the pot with soy sauce.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add beef back in with brown sugar, gochujang, beef broth, carrots, and onions; stir to combine.
