Description

A refreshing twist on classic potato salad that combines creamy tzatziki with hearty Yukon Gold potatoes for a guilt-free dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup grated Cucumber
  • 23 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
