- 2 cups Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (or whole wheat/almon flour)
- ½ cup Brown Sugar (or coconut sugar)
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter (melted, or coconut oil)
- ¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the berries, honey or maple syrup, and salt; set aside.
- Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Drizzle melted butter over dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Press half the crumble mixture into the prepared dish, spread the berry filling on top, and sprinkle remaining crumble over.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and berries are bubbling.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, or add a drizzle of honey for an elegant touch.
