Description

Delicious chocolate brownies infused with peppermint and topped with crushed candy canes for a festive treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, and peppermint extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the white chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes; check doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes, then top with crushed candy canes and remaining white chocolate chips.
  8. Cut into squares after they cool completely.
