Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Basil Pesto
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Spinach
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush one side with olive oil.
- Spread basil pesto generously over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the pesto, then arrange cherry tomatoes and spinach on top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crispy.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the pizza, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
