- 8 oz Low-fat Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

- 8 oz Dark Chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries, remove stems, and chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Add the crushed graham crackers and mix until well incorporated.
- Cover and chill the mixture for at least 1 hour.
