- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 32 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, pureed + additional for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add sugar gradually, mix in sour cream and vanilla, then add eggs one at a time.
- Fold strawberry puree into a portion of the filling, keeping some plain. Pour plain filling into crust.
- Dollop strawberry filling over the cheesecake base and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
- Let cool in oven for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

For a lighter cheesecake, use reduced-fat cream cheese or swap sugar for natural sweeteners. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature to avoid lumps.
