Stuffing mix (dry), 2 cups (about 180 g)
Onion, finely chopped, 1 small
Garlic cloves, minced, 2 cloves
Egg, 1 large
Milk, 2–3 tbsp
Fresh parsley, chopped, 2 tbsp
Dried sage, 1/2 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Black pepper, 1/2 tsp
Olive oil, 1–2 tbsp
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if you plan to bake, or prepare a skillet for browning.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, prepared stuffing, onion, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix just until ingredients come together; do not overmix.
Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter using a small scoop or your hands, and place on a parchment-lined sheet if baking.
Browning method: Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, about 6–8 minutes per batch. Baking method: Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway for even browning.
